Director, Networks at Co.Cre8 Ltd

Jo has over 20 years of experience in delivering change within and between large and complex organisations, including TfL, HS2 Ltd., UCL, BAA, ODA and Network Rail. She started her career as a civil/structural engineer with Arup building bridges and likes to see the work she now does as building bridges of a different kind; those between teams and organisations. Jo challenges traditional thinking and believes in the power of the human mycelium to collectively meet the urgency of our times. Alongside her consultancy work at Co.Cre8, she leads Ego to Eco, a not-for-profit collaboration with artist, Wolfgang Buttress to give voice and agency to the hidden voices within our project networks. The ambition is to create an ever evolving digital forest on a gaming platform, where the industry can come together across traditional boundaries to take collective action. Jo and her husband built a RIBA award winning house from rusty steel using modern methods of construction and she gave a TEDx talk on Superheroes and Sidekicks on how to work within complex networks.
