Guests retain ownership of their intellectual property shared during podcast episodes but grant us an irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute their contributions as part of the Podcast (as outlined in the Guest Release Form).

By submitting content to us (e.g., comments, suggestions, applications), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and publish such content.

If you apply to be a guest on the Podcast:

• You warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance
• If approved, you agree to the terms in our Guest Release Form
• You will not hold us liable for any decision regarding your application
• You will participate in good faith and provide content you have the right to share

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Website and Podcast may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Ko-fi, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services
• Any transactions you conduct with third parties
• Damages arising from your use of third-party services

Donations made via Ko-fi or other platforms are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle you to:

• Special treatment or priority in guest applications
• Ownership or control over podcast content
• Editorial influence over podcast topics or guests

We reserve the right to refuse or return donations at our discretion.

Sponsorship opportunities are governed by separate agreements outlined in our Media Kit. Sponsors must comply with our editorial guidelines and cannot dictate editorial content. We reserve the right to reject or terminate sponsorships that conflict with our values.
