1. Grant of Rights: I grant Project Chatter Podcast and its hosts (Dale Foong and Val Matthews) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to record, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my voice, image, and likeness in connection with the podcast episode(s).

2. Content Usage: I understand that my interview may be edited, modified, and used in audio and video formats across multiple platforms including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and the podcast website.

3. No Compensation: I acknowledge this is a voluntary, unpaid appearance and I will not receive monetary compensation.

4. Data Protection: My personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and UK GDPR. I have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact: projectchatterpodcast@gmail.com

5. Content Ownership: I retain ownership of any intellectual property I share during the recording. I warrant that I have the right to share all content and will not violate any third-party rights.
