Paul has over 20 years’ experience in leading and delivering strategic change and transformation across the private sector, public sector and NGO’s. In rôles including Executive Management, Programme Leader, Facilitator and Leadership Coach he has gained a unique insight into the challenges of creating, delivering and realising sustained benefits from complex organisational change. Over recent years Paul has focused on how to support the human side of change and leads the changemaker human change practice. This group supports leaders and their teams in times of transformation and change to fully embrace new ways of working, encourage cultural shift and adopt behavioural changes that in turn lead to the realisation of tangible business benefits and competitive advantage. As well as being a regular and popular conference and event speaker, Paul is also a leadership coach, a qualified practitioner using the Lumina Learning psychometric tools and a Prosci Certified Change Management practitioner.
